Randa is a distinguished leader in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space, a female pioneer, and an early adopter from the Middle East. Being an ex-banker, with 15 years of banking profession, she has been recognized among the top 12 leaders in the region to be guiding and leading the future of blockchain technology and Web3.0.

Randa manifested her diverse banking experience, including the focus on legal compliance, AML, and investment banking into catalyzing financial literacy and crypto awareness within communities. As a pioneer, she founded the first Lebanese Bitcoin community and established the Lebanese Association for Digital Transformation (LADT), to facilitate adoption and development. Randa holds a master’s degree in science of Blockchain and Digital Currency at University of Nicosia, in addition to other executive blockchain technology certifications, as well as specialized banking and finance degrees.

As an independent consultant, with her dynamic and inspiring story, she offers advisory on Blockchain business solutions with a narrow focus on virtual assets, NFTs and Web 3.0. Randa determined her core focus on developing and delivering blockchain academic content and hands-on workshops, as well creating and organizing related community events and conferences.

Randa is a passionate visionary, who creates synergies between new technologies’ offerings and traditional mindsets’ misconceptions. Randa is the Dubai chapter leader to Government Blockchain Association and the ME ambassador to Women in Blockchain Talks. She is a selective speaker and event organizer at conferences and social media platforms.
