I’m a consultant, social impact leader, and strategist. I bring my web2 expertise in building inclusive workplaces, design thinking, change management, workforce development, and strategy planning to help businesses transition into web3.

As your web3 partner, I will work with you to ensure that your customers feel like they’re stakeholders in your business and your employees feel like active participants in the growth of the company. Together, we can build a scalable and sustainable community that fosters growth and engagement for everyone involved.

The future is diverse, and web3 needs to reflect that. As we move towards more decentralized platforms and architectures, we need to make sure we’re building them with inclusive processes in mind. That’s why I’ve spent so much time learning about metaverse as a service, community building, NFT project planning—and how those things can work together to create inclusive and engaged communities.

I also have workforce and career development experience creating workforce re-entry programs for

underrepresented communities through coalition building, employment readiness, networking

opportunities, and community outreach.

I  was the lead for The Charter for Compassion’s Compassionate NYC and through my project,

#CompassionConvos facilitated cross-sectoral dialogue to examine implicit biases and their impact on our perception of criminality, economic disparities, educational underachievement, health disparities, and other factors that bring about social stratification and separation.

In my personal life, I love making people laugh,  finding innovative ways to challenge inequities and spending time with my sons.

I’m also passionate about connecting people with the resources they need to build new skills or solve problems.
