Aleksa is the Managing Director at WACEO, a DAO-focused non-profit that provides DAOs with a framework for compliance and legality while helping them maintain a significant level of decentralization and avoid exposing the community members to various risks and liabilities.
 
She is an advocate for inclusion and equal opportunities for everyone, and that is why she dedicates herself to working toward bridging the gender gap in the Web3 space. Aleksa strives to change the usual narratives of the lack of female presence in the blockchain industry by educating women on the environment and helping them establish themselves as professionals in the space.
